Try these exercises- Cheek Puffs- Inhale and puff your cheeks with air, then push the air from one cheek to the other, creating resistance. Place a finger over your lips and make sure you're not puckering up and creating lines around your lips. Repeat 10-15 times.
Smile More- Smile widely while keeping your lips together. Hold for a few seconds and repeat throughout the day.
Fish Face- Create a fish face by sucking in your cheeks, then smile while maintaining the position. Hold for 5-10 seconds and repeat.
It's not just about exercise though!
Maintain a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Foods high in collagen, such as bone broth and fish, can promote skin elasticity, crucial for cheek definition.
Stay well-hydrated to maintain skin elasticity. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily contributes to healthy, toned cheeks.
